Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and JCGreen LLC (“LotLink”, “we”) for using lotlink.live and the websites we host for salespeople. By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

LotLink hosts a personal website for car salespeople, shows their dealership's inventory, and delivers customer inquiries to them. Inventory, prices and availability come from the dealership's systems and may be out of date; customers should confirm details with the salesperson.

Your account

You must give accurate information, keep your password private, and only connect a dealership you actually work at. You're responsible for what you publish on your site and for following the advertising and consumer-protection laws that apply to vehicle sales.

Plans, trials and billing

LotLink Monthly is $29/month and LotLink Yearly is $290/year. New subscribers get a 5-day free trial; a card or PayPal account is required to start it. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, PayPal charges the plan price then and on each renewal until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard; you keep access until the end of the period already paid for, and payments are not refunded except where required by law. Promo-code discounts apply as described when you redeem them.

Founding Member pricing. Members who sign up while Founding Member pricing is offered keep their Founding Member price ($29/month or $290/year) for life, on either plan, including if they cancel and subscribe again later. Future price increases apply only to new members.

SMS terms: LotLink Lead Alerts

• Program: LotLink Lead Alerts texts you when a customer submits an inquiry or appointment request on your LotLink website.
• Opt-in: optional, and only by ticking the consent box in Settings → Lead alerts. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
• Frequency: varies: one message per new lead or appointment request, plus the opt-in confirmation.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply.
• Opt out: reply STOP to any message, or switch text alerts off in Settings. Reply START to resubscribe.
• Help: reply HELP, or email [email protected].
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Your number is handled as described in our Privacy Policy; it is never shared or sold for marketing. More at text message alerts.

Acceptable use

Don't use LotLink to publish misleading listings, spam, or anything unlawful, and don't try to access other people's accounts or leads. We may suspend sites that do.

Custom domains

If you connect your own domain, you remain responsible for owning and renewing it and for its DNS settings.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, LotLink is not liable for lost sales, missed leads or indirect damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms; if a change is significant we'll tell account holders by email before it takes effect.
